Teams and Your Phone System.
Bring business calling into Microsoft Teams so your team handles calls in the app they already use for chat, meetings and files. The embedded option does not need a separate Teams Phone licence, so there is nothing extra to buy from Microsoft. It works in the Teams mobile app as well, and if Teams itself has an outage your team can still make and take calls from the Elevate app.

Microsoft keep the service running; the data is your responsibility. We back up mail, files, sites and Teams, so deletions are recoverable one item at a time. Messages are checked before they reach anyone, stopping phishing, fake invoices and malicious attachments. Both run on Acronis and both are set up and watched by us.
