Over the past few months, we have expanded our mobile offering to give customers more flexibility and choice in how they source their devices, SIMs and connectivity.
Up until now, we have mainly provided SIM only solutions across EE, O2 and Vodafone at wholesale rates. That is still a really popular and cost effective option, but we can now also offer hardware and airtime bundles directly through the networks. This means we can supply mobile devices, tablets and connectivity together as one complete package.
From my point of view, the biggest benefit is that nothing changes in terms of how our customers deal with us. Whether it is SIM only or a bundled contract, they still have F One as a single point of contact. We handle the provisioning, ongoing support and billing behind the scenes, so there is no need to juggle multiple suppliers.
This ties in closely with how we already support our customers across other areas. A lot of the businesses I speak to are already working with us for their phone systems, connectivity, IT or WiFi, so bringing mobile into that same structure just makes things more joined up. It leads to clearer billing, simpler support and a much more consistent experience across the board.
For me, this is really about giving customers more choice without adding complexity. Some will prefer to stay on SIM only, others will want the convenience of a fully bundled device and airtime solution. Either way, they are still dealing directly with us, and we are managing everything in the background to keep things running smoothly.
If you would like to talk through what this could look like for your business, feel free to get in touch with the team or contact me directly. Give me a call on 0330 221 1183 or drop me an email at harrison@fonetech.uk.
I am always happy to run through the options and see what works best.
