We are looking for confident, driven and enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our growing sales team at F One Technologies.
This is a telephone based sales role focused on contacting UK business owners, introducing them to F One, and booking quality appointments for our field sales team. You will be speaking with decision makers, identifying opportunities, and arranging meetings for our consultants to discuss how we can support their business.
F One Technologies is a telecommunications and technology provider based in Southampton. We support UK businesses with cloud phone systems, internet connectivity, WiFi and networking, business mobile solutions, IT services, cybersecurity, and related communication tools. This gives our telemarketing team a strong range of relevant services to talk about, rather than being limited to one product or one narrow campaign.

What the role involves

As a Telemarketer, you will be contacting businesses over the phone and introducing them to the services we provide. The aim is to create interest, ask the right questions, and book appointments for our field sales team to meet with business owners and decision makers.
You will be expected to build rapport quickly, explain the value of what we offer in a clear and professional way, and maintain accurate notes and appointment details within our CRM system.
This role would suit people who enjoy speaking to others, are comfortable working to targets, and want to be rewarded properly for strong performance.

Earnings and progression

We offer a £30,000 basic annual salary, with first year on-target earnings of £48,500.
Based on hitting targets, you will also have the opportunity to increase your basic salary by £18,000 over the first three years of employment. This is in addition to the commission and incentives available through the role.
This is a role where hard work, consistency and strong performance are recognised. We want people who are motivated by targets, but who also understand the importance of booking genuine, high quality appointments for the wider sales team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for people who are confident on the phone, positive in their approach, and resilient enough to handle the natural challenges of outbound sales.
Previous telemarketing, telesales, appointment setting or B2B sales experience would be useful, but the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
You should be comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision makers, able to follow a clear sales process, and committed to booking appointments that give our field sales team a strong opportunity to help the customer.
