🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

As a Structured Cabling Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations and solutions for our clients, combining hands-on work on-site with remote technical support when needed.

Your day-to-day will include:

✔️ Cabling Installations – Installing CAT 5/6 structured cabling to the highest standard
✔️ System Setups – Deploying VoIP/hosted phone systems, WiFi access points, CCTV, and managed network switches
✔️ Technical Problem Solving – Diagnosing and resolving faults across all our solutions
✔️ Customer Service – Ensuring all installations work perfectly and that our clients are delighted with the results
✔️ Remote Support – Assisting customers over the phone when needed
✔️ CRM & Ticket Management – Keeping accurate records and collaborating with suppliers and customers to resolve technical issues

🎯 What We’re Looking For

If you’re practical, proactive, and passionate about technology, we want to hear from you!

✅ Minimum 2 years of hands-on structured cabling (CAT 5/6) installation experience
✅ Bonus points if you’ve installed VoIP or hosted/cloud-based phone systems
✅ Strong IT & troubleshooting skills — confident diagnosing and fixing issues
✅ Excellent communication — clear, professional, and customer-focused
✅ Highly organised & self-motivated — able to work independently or as part of a team
✅ Full UK driving licence — must be 21+ for insurance purposes
