  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our existing customers.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our full suite of products and services, including cloud-based phone systems, business fibre broadband, WiFi networks, mobile solutions, WhatsApp for Business and IT support services.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries related to additional products, services, or support with confidence and efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Demonstrate outstanding telephone communication skills and a talent for building rapport.
  • Exhibit exceptional organisational skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a relentless drive to achieve and exceed goals.

Key Requirement:

  • A minimum of 1 years sales experience within telecoms is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage a portfolio of 1,000 customers, identifying gaps in their current services and introducing them to additional solutions that will benefit their business.
  • Handle inbound enquiries for additional handsets, phone system users, mobile SIMs, office moves, and more.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to confidently advise and recommend the best solutions for our customers.
