Cordless phone signal.
Most schools already have a robust and reliable WiFi network throughout their premises. We’re able to utilise that existing connection to provide the most suitable cordless handsets, providing the highest level of working flexibility to all teaching and admin staff.
Reporting absences.
In order to set up a specific email account for student absences, we’ll get in touch with your IT provider. The phone system will subsequently be configured to give parents instructions, such as “push one to report an absence over the phone”. The caller will then leave a voicemail message with the student’s name and the reason for their absence, allowing the reception team to keep the phone lines available and deal with the absence at a later time. This can also be used for changes to end of school collection.
Lockdown tannoy.
We understand that schools have been advised to draw up procedures for an urgent lock down in the event of a threat. With the press of a single button, you’re able to tannoy to all the handsets on site, alerting anyone within the vicinity to initiate lock down protocol.
